Best soup Ever! Crawfish & Corn Maque Choux Soup

(it's like corn and crab bisque)
Put following ingredients in a rice pot:
1 can sweet cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
3/4-1 can rotel tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
4 cloves garlic or 4 tsp minced garlic
1 stick butter or margarine, chopped
Creole seasonings (Tony's or Slap Your Mama)
1/2 lb. crawfish tails
1/4-1/2 container crab meat
(you can use whatever seafood or
Amount you want.
Stir and close pot and cook.
When done, add:
1 pint (2 cups) half & half
Stir, cover and let it stand
Heating for 10 mins. Before serving.
